Tip runs in Banstead: what we take
How it works round here.
Banstead, Surrey • Tip Runs
If you're clearing out a house or garden in Banstead, SM7, the postcode covers a small town of under nine thousand people, tucked between Belmont and Chipstead stations and just a mile and a half from Tadworth and Epsom Downs.
It's the sort of place where a boot full of garden waste or an old wardrobe can be hard to shift without a car big enough to carry it, especially with Epsom's recycling centre on Blenheim Road keeping restricted opening hours rather than staying open around the clock. Van & Driver is bringing its Tip Runs service to Banstead soon, covering loading from your home or garden, disposal at a licensed recycling centre, and a waste transfer note as proof the job's been done properly, all for a fixed price agreed before anyone arrives. The idea is to take the guesswork out of clearing old furniture, DIY debris, boxes, bags or garden cuttings, whether that's a single armchair or a full van load. Once local cover is in place, residents in Banstead and nearby towns such as Ewell and Sutton will be able to book a driver through the site rather than hunting for a man with a van or queuing at a recycling centre with limited hours. In the meantime, this page will be updated as soon as a partner driver is confirmed for the area.
