Questions people ask in Torpoint
How much does a marketplace delivery cost in Torpoint?+
You get a fixed price before you book. It's worked out from the van size your items need, the space they take and the miles from pick-up to drop-off. The prices on this page are real examples for trips from Torpoint, with today's rates.
Do I need to be at the collection?+
No. Give the seller’s address and contact in the notes; pay the seller yourself before the driver arrives.
Does a marketplace delivery include help carrying?+
Yes. The driver loads and unloads with you. For heavy or bulky items such as sofas, wardrobes and fridge freezers, choose two people when you book.
How do I book a marketplace delivery in Torpoint?+
Add your items, your addresses and a day. You'll see the price straight away and can book in a few minutes. A local partner who covers Torpoint takes the booking.
Do you do tip runs in Torpoint?+
Yes: single items from £70, loads from £99 (Mini) to £519 (full load), and house clearances from £599. Disposal at a licensed recycling centre is included, with a waste transfer note, and there's no charge for the distance.
Can I get a van and driver today in Torpoint?+
Yes, if you book by 3pm and a driver is free: the earliest arrival is the hour after next. After 3pm, the earliest is 1pm tomorrow. The price is the same any day.
Will two people come?+
When the job needs them (a sofa, a wardrobe, a fridge, or a medium load and up) two people come, and that's already in the price. We decide it from what you're moving; there's nothing to choose or pay extra for.
How far will you go from Torpoint?+
Anywhere in England. A move includes the first 10 miles, then £1.80 a mile, shown in the price before you pay; over 150 miles we give you a quote instead. Tip runs have no distance charge.
Is the price fixed?+
Yes. You see the whole price before you book and that's what you pay: no hourly rate, and nothing added on the day for stairs, waiting or a heavy sofa, unless what you're moving changes.

Yes, anywhere in England; the miles are in the price, which you see before you book.
How much is a Marketplace pick-up in Torpoint?+
